Hill is not as juiced up with speed as I thought.

The Titans are a good team. The jags are just a better one. I guess he wants to take the easiest way to possibly a SB.

But if I could do it with the Bears, KJ can absolutely do it with the Titans

 

What about Gilchrist if I add a 3rd?

 

Hill is pretty terrible. I don't want to give up a quality, inexpensive starter for him.

Jags are a Top 5 team? Not sure I would go that far but they are absolutely better than my shit team.

I honestly didn't expect this to become a big ordeal but while we are talking about early drafts, I created this early draft scenario 4 years ago and think its awesome but I also did create the league re-draft before the game came out so that if anybody was unhappy, they'd have at least an opportunity to switch.

Unless I missed it, there was no announcement that it was going to be removed from this league this year. I took a calculated risk with the Titans and had hoped that they'd have a strong offseason and in my opinion, they absolutely did not. I figured that if this scenario happened, I'd be able to throw my name in the hat for the redraft which has happened every year since enacting the early draft.

I inquired today about it because the game comes out in ten minutes and there was no discussion about that which was kinda strange. With Badger dropping out (privately) and me wanting to jump teams before the league is even created, I figured it wasn't a big deal ESPECIALLY because it's within the division.

If one of the other guys you speak of (some of which have been removed and re-allowed back into the league 2, even 3 times) want the Jags then they can take them and I'll take their team. It's not even so much about the Jags themselves as much as it is finding a better team ANYWHERE.

Anyways, it is what it is. I will join as the Titans and if I just am not feeling it after the first season or whatever then it may be time for me to hang it up permanently with some of the other vets who have done so.

Lastly, I'm not threatening to quit the league because I'm not getting my way in a team swap like you suggested. With a kid and a much more demanding life now that I'm not in school, I just do not play video games hardly at all anymore (I still have Rainbow Six & Assassins Creed in plastic wrap and I bought them in MARCH).

The one thing I look forward to every year for the last seven years is this league and that is when I find time to play because I enjoy it that much although I suck. With that, I am trying to muster up my interest for this league in a year where it's just not there for me. Being able to take an open team that is certainly more set up to compete right away would assist in that but that is not the sole reason I am talking about disinterest or whatever.

Jags are absolutely a top 5 madden team when you look at the age and good pieces on both sides of the ball. I've looked through all the teams and I can't find 5 teams I'd take ahead of them.

We don't do the re-draft unless people dropped out. We've always done it early August. At that point there was nothing to discuss. Hence why it wasn't. We only knew Badger dropped because Tyler posted it yesterday or whenever.

Do what you want. Join as the Jags. Apparently no one gives a shit but me and I'm suppose to roll over to anyone that threatens to quit because of disinterest. It's not worth a battle to me, if the people I'm making a case for just don't give a fuck then why should I. It's your call. Jags or Titans. Join as whoever you want tomorrow.
