Once stood in front of her in the line to get coffee at the airport. After a frenzied one minute of spelling out exactly what she wanted to her minder and she left the line to sit moodily in a booth.

I realised halfway through typing that story is nowhere near as interesting as it sounds.

What bothers me the most about this is that Jericho will go completely unpunished by AEW even tho he constantly puts the roster at risk

 

Can someone give me the story on Fireworks? I recall reading something about them but can’t remember the whole deal.

 

They have been publicly working with/friends with JJR who was part of the Harry Corrigan situation. (If there’s more they have done please comment but that’s all I know)

 

Have they been working with him? I thought the deal with them was that they kind of went on hiatus right before/after that story broke so they never actually took a stand on that situation either way. They just quietly ignored it. Like I thought everyone was kind of just bracing for them to come back and still work with him in some capacity.

 

This is the same person who Dylan of Tiny Moving Parts also abused, FYI.

 

Sorry to post again but I just want to say this is truly awful behavior from TFB, the fact that they couldn’t terminate him right away and let him go on their UK tour with Blink is disgusting. The fact that they never responded to the survivor when they confronted TFB is disgusting. This whole situation is frankly disgusting and the way TFB have handled it is absolutely not the way it should be handled.

 

Yeah that excuse makes no sense at all especially given that the tour was goddamn seven months away when she first told them what happened. You can't find a replacement in seven months? What?

Fuck 'em, they're in the bin.

 

Seems like they didn’t want to fire him for their big tour with Blink, which...yeesh. Putting their band over the safety of not only this survivor, but all folks who attended that tour, what an awful look.

 

Their silence on the whole matter never sat right with me and I guess I just found out why. Fuck them and fuck TMP too.

Idk what that person’s position was in the band but guaranteed there are 5-10 people in their immediate crew/inner circle that could have filled in serviceably on way less than 7 months notice. Gross.

 

They were a main member. They were a guitarist and trumpet player for the band from 2012-2017 (when they were fired).

 

Ah. I remember wondering where they were last time I saw TFB.

 

Ugh, this one’s hard y’all.

After reading through that entire 12 page document, I have nothing but sadness and remorse for the survivor and how the whole situation’s been handled. Including how I reacted to it when I first heard about it last year.

The silence from the band and the way they continually ignored the survivor and shut them out of the firing process is the worst part to me. I’m hoping they, at the very least, make some kind of public response to it now. If they don’t, fuck em.

 

That’s awful. The newest tfb album was only okay to me - I was a huge fan before, and I revisited it a week ago or so, but yeah that’s it. Fuck them
