Ipswich have had to cancel their next two games due to a Covid outbreak in the team. At least we can't lose those ones.

  2. I’m confused on how PL teams are allowing fans at matches now because when I turn on the news all I hear is how England, and London specifically, is an absolute shit show right now with the virus.

    It's all hell.

We're broken down into a tier system based on where we are in the country (which you can see here if you're interested! Map of areas in all tiers of England's new restrictions - and how to check your area) - I believe only those in tier 2 or above can go to games now, so clubs in London who are under the tightest restrictions probably won't have any fans for the next couple of months.

We had something similar but it was 5 levels. That was meant to be per county. Then the government just said fuck it and slapped us all in Level 5 to try get the numbers down for Christmas. It kinda worked, but we went out of Level 5 a couple of weeks ago and are now shooting back up in terms of cases.

Everything but non essential services closed. No travel outside of your own county. No inter household visits (this is delayed until after Christmas. Stuff like that.

We're going back into tier 3 where I'm at next week. At least it's not a tier 4 lockdown when there's queues down the street for essential shops.

Most of the country will be Tier 4 by mid January I bet. Just in time for a glorious No Deal Brexit too. Fucking idiots running the place.

I'm in Folkestone in Kent (Tier 4 baby!) so it feels like I'm in the middle of a really long dull episode of The Walking Dead at the moment.

I was joking. I live in Tennessee, the current covid capital of the world, where we don’t even have a mask mandate.

Must be nice to live somewhere that actually locks down and doesn't make people go to their non-essential job

  17. Looking at the lineups, I don’t see this going well for Arsenal

It’s really not said enough just how absolutely awful Mustafi is at defending.

Fantastic finish from Foden. Though probably would have been ruled offside by VAR.

    @fangclubb Prestigious

Imagine going from Martinez as your back up to this lad.

Foden was offside but for some reason the carabao cup doesn’t have VAR.

No VAR is down to the Carabao Cup being an EFL ran trophy. No VAR down here.

Brentford look like a premier league club in waiting. Was shocked they bottled it late on last season and missed out. Arsenal were pretty shit bit looked well on top after their goal. Losing Martinelli really affected them.

Tier 3 here in Sheffield and I can only see that going up in the near future. We may just get fans back in time to see us relegated to league one.

Honestly, we didn't look terrible the few times we actually went forward, and that gives me hope, however playing a back four involving Kolasinac, Mustafi and Cedric Soares was never going to be good for us. Martinelli was great and Lacazette played decently. Elneny was totally absent though, and as always Ceballos showed us why we won't buy him at the end of the season.

Also Runarsson is total dogshit and if Leno gets injured we are legit going to get relegated.

You know I didn’t even think of that.

Apparently we’re interested in signing Moises Caicedo. Never heard of him before so I watched a YouTube video where he simultaneously looks like the greatest midfielder to ever grace the earth and an Ecuadorean Fred.
