Barbara Lee should be in the senate on the basis of her AUMF vote alone. Katie Porter is fine, but I feel like Lee or even Khanna are solidly to her left of only based on having a longer record.

You'd think the Moderna vaccine would be the easy candidate winner out of the two, for the sole fact it can be kept at roommate temperature, and therefore logistically it makes more sense to buy more doses from them, but if the super cold temps needed aren't that big of a factor for this Pfizer vaccine, then yee haw let's go ahead and get ittt

On another note I don’t get the apparent French obsession with drawing depictions of The Prophet Muhammad. Like, why? Is it to purposely be insulting or...? I don’t get it.

 

Yesterday was the first day of 2K+ COVID-19 deaths in the U.S. since early May.

 

I think they very much believe in freedom of expression; it's something very dear to the French, so I assume the fact that these cartoons (of all things) trigger so many people, makes them want to do them even more
