Many people too easily use “white working class” as a stand-in for “workers in these specific industries.” Traditional organized labor in the rust belt is not something you can rally around in the modern world because it doesn’t exist anymore. But all workers are workers, and many if not most industries are just as capable of being heavily unionized as any other. Teachers, nurses, service workers — are white people in these industries not “white working class”?

There is a certain music video I plan on posting in this thread once it’s official for Biden. The only other times I’ve posted it was the announcement of Bin Laden’s assassination and Obama’s re-election night.

    My doubt is back, sorry.

It's crazy how fast it has become fiat that Trump's going to lose PA. Like... he's still ahead by a lot.

I'm fairly certain Arizona is going to Biden. Trump currently needs something like 57% of the vote in the rest of the state. I expect that Maricopa is going to come in below that, which means he'll need 58-60% in the remainder. Quite simply, I don't think it's attainable with votes still out there in Coconino and to a lesser extent, Santa Cruz.

I simply can't imagine the crazy sums of money that will be poured into that GA Senate runoff race

I remember how we all found out about OBL's death on Twitter before it was officially announced; I thought that was crazy at the time

I think there's truth to that; Democrats should still be quite fired up at that time, and if the money Dems raise is used effectively at GOTV efforts, Ossoff has a decent shot at actually doing it

I havent heard any news today that points to Biden underperforming. Nothing's changed, we just need to wait for them to be counted

No doubt in my mind that there's enough just in Philadelphia and Delaware counties for Biden to win. Also, we still don't have Allegheny until tomorrow.
