Yeah, I've learned never to trust a candidate's team about how they're feeling. It's always overly optimistic. That's the job.

Votes are swinging back to Gary Peters over John James in MI as well. Peters is not up yet but getting very tight. Need that for the senate.

WI, MI, and NV give Biden 270 with AZ already called by the AP. Obviously PA would be the ideal but he can probably win this today without PA.

Read this one three years ago. It was good and worth the read.

They literally warned us a few days ago that it was much closer than many of us thought.

I feel pretty confident that Biden is going to win at this point (minus whatever trickery Trump has up his sleeve) but I think it's a bit hard to view the results as clearly positive and to be super happy about what's happening. Trump is responsible for the deaths of more 200k Americans, has run the economy into the ground, and is quite possibly the most despicable person on the planet... and is involved in a nail biter election, with his party doing surprisingly well in Congress. I don't really feel celebratory at all

not sure I would say Biden's campaign was too rooted in 'any actual policy'

After the vote? I remember that in the weeks leading up to election day, but not after the ballots had been cast.

Agree, but it's positively bookish when compared to Trump. He's mastered the art of keeping it simple, just like any successful salesman would. I totally get his appeal. I find him repulsive and murderous, but it's not difficult at all for me to see why people love him so much.

  20. Betting on the election is some shit I’d never do. But I wonder if anyone put money down on Biden last night when Trump was a -775 for a period of time lmao
