I'm not proud to say I didn't vote in 2016. But I voted early last week, and couldn't be more relieved to be a part of what happens this year. I'm nervous as fuck though for how everything unfolds from here on.

Important message from my morning chit chat with coworkers this morning. Whatever happens we just gotta be cool with it. You know? It is what it is. Just gotta move on, be cool with it, and try again in 4 years. Ain't no big thang!

I slept horribly. Couldn’t fall asleep and the sleep I got once I finally did fall asleep was poor quality.

As a European I always find the dramatic music used in American news programmes completely jarring. Got CNN on just now and it sounds like a lame version of Mad Max Fury Road every time they cut to another segment.

Really rooting for you guys over here and hoping a Biden victory tempers the bullshit that politicians in the UK and elsewhere have been trying to get away with while Trump's been in office. If I can stay awake long enough I'll probably be in here for the long-haul.

Be kind; everyone is on their own journey.

So, living in Idaho, I’ve had to deal with seeing Trump flags on trucks and houses daily...for the past few days though, it’s as if they have all been taken down for fear of the terrorist democrats tied to ANTIFA now knowing where they live and they’re terrified yet we r the snowflakes?!

i love british tv simply because they don't use the movie sound effects in most shows to pump up the drama

that’s funny, because whenever i listen to the BBC, I’m struck by how mellow the music/tone of the broadcast is while they report on deeply troubling/often violent news lol

Long lines first thing this morning in Delaware apparently. Glad I voted by mail.

we never have long lines here. Last time I remember there being even somewhat of a long line was 2008 for Obama. Our polling location at the time was right inside the city at the Dept of Labor building, and we were lined up out the building and into the parking lot.
