I’ve had my U Turn for about 5.5 years now. No issues, only complaint is how quickly the belt wears out and how often it falls when changing to 45 speed.

 

After probably a year of waiting and looking for an affordable deal, I finally got The Glass Passenger on vinyl. So expect a $20 special edition repress to be announced any day now.

 

The amount of vinyls I sold off to pay bills a few years ago hurts my soul. I had all the Soco and Jacks records, a first edition Early November Room’s Too Cold, and countless others. Ugh.

 

I feel this. Thankfully, I got the last repress they did of it- but I remember when I bought Pollyanna by Northstar because I was convinced it wouldn’t be repressed. It literally only took like 2 months before they announced the repress lol.

Managed to snag the NFG. Also pre ordered the new Julien Baker earlier, so I decided to pass on the DC EPs.

I've definitely spent more money on vinyl this year than the last 5 years combined lol. May need to start selling some stuff.

 

Would love to own those DC EPs, but $60 is steep for like nine songs. Maybe I'll just get So Impossible.

Getting into vinyl for me has been brutal on my bank account. Grabbed Julien Baker and McCartney today.

 

I wish they'd done a box set of 10" records or something. I'd have snagged that. As is, can't really justify it.

Yep. This week so far I've bought the Wildflowers reissue and the new Dawes record and preordered the new Springsteen.

 

Dawes was tempting but I didn't see myself spinning it that much for some reason. Springsteen I'll probably grab once I give it a listen. I still need to check out the extra tracks on the Wildflowers reissue.

 

My collection went from like 20 vinyls in March to over 100 now. I am broke. Help.

 

Once my collection went over 100, I really slowed down buying vinyl for a year or two and then the pandemic hit, and all of a sudden, I bought like 25 since March.
