An inconsequential shift as the continents drift.

The only other West I've seen is The Innkeepers but I thought House of the Devil was superior in pretty much every way, it's just a great slow burn

The House of the Devil is an all time top 10 horror flick. That movie scared the hell out of me. Can’t recommend it enough.

Ready or Not was very much my shit. Such a blast. Samara Weaving is delightful. Thought she killed it in that role. One of my favorite horror movies I’ve seen in some time.

Also, fun fact that I had no idea about going in. All of this movie was filmed in and around Toronto, and the exterior of the mansion is Parkwood Estate in Oshawa, Ontario, which is like 10 minutes away from where I live. My parents had their wedding photos taken exactly where they get married at the start of the film.

Casa Loma, an incredible castle in Toronto where they now have escape rooms, was used for a good number of the indoor shots. Incredible place. If any of you are ever in Toronto, I recommend you check it out.

  6. That's a cool fun fact! I'm always a sucker for filming locations haha.

Glad you liked it! The last few minutes of the movie were incredible right?!

So good! The whole family thinking they were good and then exploding one by one had me rolling. Such a fun flick!

House of the Devil is one of my favorites too. Very rewatchable. Probably not gonna rewatch Ready or Not since it’s still fresh in my memory but that’s a good one too.

Wishmaster was a lot of fun. Forgot how silly and dumb it was. So many laugh out loud moments. And when Nathan started using modern day lingo my wife ahd I just lost it.

I always forget just how bonkers Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 is! It almost feels like the most 80s of all the 80s slashers

If I'm not mistaken that Scream trilogy set is a re-release of one that came out a few years ago. Solid set, comes with 2 documentaries as well! Not bad for $15

In Search of Darkness Part II

Looks like this went live today? Very surprised there aren't cheaper options for this.

Edit: I didn't realize this is only until Halloween so I assume cheaper options will come afterwards?

I guess I'll finally watch the NOES I haven't seen to listen Gourley and Rust. I assume 4, 5, and Freddy's Dead are the worst, so I'm not too stoked.
