    And I love inclusions like this. I saw you had Da Drought 3. I had Dedication 2.

    I was looking at my most played on iTunes and "Throw Away" is up there and it made me revisit the tape. DD3 has as many nostalgic/personal memories attached to it as it does good songs haha. A classic

    Yeah, my rules were 1) Only one album per artist 2) I had to have a longstanding personal connection to the album. I didn't want to put albums that were already considered the greatest by outlets like Rolling Stone thus making me feel the need to be like, "well yea this is one of the greatest of all time clearly so I have to include this"

    Did the dude skateboarding and drinking cranberry juice while listening to "Dreams" by Fleetwood Mac get Rumors on my list?

    I'm absolutely gonna be wasting some votes, as they will absolutely not get any others, but I must, as Stevie Wonder said, be true to my heart.

    @Meerkat will like that reference.

    I feel bad about my lack of classics. Pretty much everything came out after 2000.

    Chris jesus christ you've never heard Violent Femmes's self titled album?????

    If/when you dig into these, I think Arthur Russell might blow your mind. That was a quarantine discovery for me that blew me away.

    EDIT:
    Also you might actually dig that Earl record. Way different than his other stuff

    I never really cared for "Blister in the Sun" which sorta kept them off my radar.

    I looked Russell up because I'd never even heard the name and he sounds very intriguing.

    And I'm not opposed to liking an Earl album. But I Don't Like Shit just did next to nothing for me.

    I'm surprised Arthur Russell isn't mentioned more on these board in general. I feel as if he'd be liked by a fair few on here.

    He came up in Love Goes to Buildings on Fire plus he was on an Apple Music playlist, so I checked out World of Echo and was blown away. His documentary is pretty great too.

    Ye also samples him on 30 Hours, if you think his voice is confusing. Makes me like that song more because of it!

  25. I was able to do a top 15 or so for this pretty easily but after that there's like 100 records I wanna include for 35ish spots. Gonna take awhile to decide
