Do these people know of a vaccination out/even honestly expected to be out by then?

Honestly, I think August 2021 is a safe bet for vaccines to have started already rolling out.

I remember when this first started there was an article saying festivals probably wouldn’t resume until fall 2021 and everyone had a cow. Feels totally realistic now.

I really can't fault for festivals for putting together 2021 plans and hoping for the best.

It harms nobody to plan in advance. There are two worst-case scenarios: Festival gets cancelled because we don't have a vaccine. Or they don't plan anything, we get a vaccine, and they miss out on having a festival/getting revenue for the second year in a row.

Reading and Leeds announce the first acts for their 2021 edition. I'm surprised Catfish and the Bootlemen are co-headlining one night

That festival is getting a ton of flack for not having any female/POC/LGBTQ headliners this year. That seems to be the case with that festival most years though.

Stormzy is POC, but yeah I saw a lot of angry tweets at them for not having any women headlining

Catfish and the Bottlemen are an arena band over there. Not surprised.

Yeah, it's the same with bands like Kasabian, Biffy Clyro or Foals, but still I didn't knew they were that big in the UK. I've been expecting for BMTH to headline Reading for some time tbh

That other vocalist is just as big of a scumbag as Tyler. If he came back, there would just be people coming out about him. It was well known when he was in Woe Is Me the stuff he was doing.

Issues could easily keep going with a new vocalist.

Honestly they could continue with AJ doing screams and Sky doing cleans.

Bought tickets to this today. Forgot what it was like to buy show tickets. It was exhilarating.

Weird he said all 6 headliners never headlined the fest before but Post Malone has headlined before

And it will be his 3rd edition in a row. Also Queens of the Stone Age and Disclosure have headlined Reading before
