I’m not sure what your definition of success is, but Mark and Travis have been far more successful in nearly everything they’ve done since Tom left band. As for the music, did you hear Rebel Girl?

There's a difference between being successful and being successful with dignity. I'd argue that, at this point, Tom falls into the latter.

speaking of Tom's dignity, i had never seen this live before until it was recommended on YT today, 2010 really was peak Tom sounding like someone doing a funny-bad impression of Tom

 

I'll never understand how or why he sounded like that. Taking liberties with your own song and changing it up live is one thing... But you have to go far out of your way to not only mess up both the notes and rhythms but to also make the words themselves inaudible.

It's like he went into the whole performance with the goal of finding the worst combination of factors possible.

I would LOVE if Tom came back and they continued on the path they started down with Neighborhoods and DED.

Still, it's pretty shitty for fans who come out to hear music, and for Mark and Travis who want to play good music. This is why I don't think Tom should be let back into Blink. I love Tom, and I know people can change, but he burned too many bridges for this, IMO. I still think and hope they can be friends, but you gotta keep em separated. :P

Ok, let's see how much worse it gets. Lol Oh, and I've said this before, but this actually comforts me personally, because I thought my show (even back in 01) Tom was performing badly. So at least it wasn't just my show/town. Heh! But still.

Oh man! Well, personally, I think Violence was still pretty badass! I love that song so much and was afraid of it being ruined, but this was fun and aggressive. Yea, I'm kinda nuts lol but it's alright.
