Not to get back on the topic of “what does cancelled mean?” But looking at his Wikipedia page it doesn’t seem like he’s done a lot since the 2014 rape comments. His TBS show was literally cancelled because of his comments.

Otherwise in 2017 he was on an episode of some kids cartoon show (big yikes at all the things he could have done work on) and then in 2020 was on an episode of the British version of The Masked Singer.

there could certainly be things missing from the page and / or maybe his comments had nothing to do with the lack of work he’s done since then but idk what people expect from cancel culture. For the person to never get any sort of work again? I don’t think (sadly) we’d ever see the day, but this seems as close as we’ve seen so far to actually “cancelling” someone - besides Harvey.
