Five Element Ninjas was pretty great. Not well versed in Ninja cinema but this was so fun and great to look at. Love the colors. On Netflix!

Watching Dressed to Kill for the first time. Will do Body Double sometime in the next week

 

I've been planning on doing a De Palma runthrough soon. I have some blindspots in his catalog (mostly that run in the 80s)

 

Outside of those two, I am missing The Untouchables, Sisters and Snake Eyes in terms of what I assume are the “must sees”. Is Carlito’s Way worth it?
I’d like to rewatch Scarface as well

 

I know I watched Carlito’s way but remember nothing about it.

 

I remember liking blow out though.

 

It's probably been 15 years since I've seen it, and while I don't really remember anything about it either, I remember liking Carlito's Way. If you're watching the others, I'd say it's worth another 2 hours of your time. I'll probably rewatch it after the others.

 

Dressed to Kill was good. Problematic but had some solid scares. Raising Cain did it better. Looking forward to Body Double

 

Probably my favorite of his. That or Phantom

 

We watched blade runner and blade runner 2049 this weekend because my girlfriend had never seen either of them. After rewatching both I think I slightly prefer 2049 but she liked the original more.
