Hmm. Instagram allegedly took down the account of a local restaurant that is an avid supporter of LGBTQ rights and the NH Supreme Court ruled that they cannot make a determination on whether or not the CDA applies and the owner has been allowed to create a new account in the interim

This could be a slippery slope for internet freedom, eh? I mean, I'm truly happy for this guy if discrimination really was the reason for it being taken down
