also this should be evidence that I was fucking fine money wise but somehow the order that shit came through just fucked me

because after she reversed the 2 overdraft fees I suddenly have $10 in my account

like hmmm how was I $1 short if I have $10 now??? It makes no sense to me

 

My wife and I have had to do this before. It sucks, but it seems that literally the only way they do anything about it is by crying. I’ve listened to my wife do it back when we were on food stamps and assistance through school and we’d overdraft twice in one day by accident. They legit act like their hands are tied but they have the power to fix it.

We have even had it happen where we knew how much we had in checking, made a purchase at a restaurant, and the processing amount was higher than what we were billed. Some places charge your card a bit more at times and then adjust it afterward, but we overdrafted and that one was never remedied.

shit sucks

 

i hate how banks treat people. like i get emails about investing and they'll give you money, but like you are supposed to invest like 10k or more or to even see like $100, like fucking what's the point. could be so much better to give something back to someone investing even a little. would help them more than someone who can comfortably invest a whole fuckload more.

a little off topic, just something that fucking annoys me.

It really does suck! And yep exactly they act as if their hands are tied when they damn well know they can erase it, as she did. And I had to be like lady all due respect Ive had an account with you guys for 15 YEARS and I haven’t over drafted like this since I was a teenager

frankly what happened is I paid my dealer through cash app, k0ta through Venmo, and then got Taco Bell
I should have had enough for all of this but I guess somehow I spent $1.03 cents more than I should have at Taco Bell
Bc when the $20 charge to Venmo/Kota went through she said I only had 18.94 or whatever
Thus overdraft fee
Thus when the weed money went though it now also didn’t have enough so I got the overdraft for that one too

just so absurd but like I said really don’t understand how I have $10 in my account if I didn’t have the amount to cover everything?? Like I don’t get it

 

....I didnt even know that was a thing. Now i have to watch out for that too...

Ugh I get these all the time from Chase. They know what my credit limit/balance is, idk where they think I'm hiding 10k

Also yeah bank fees are the worst and every time I read about how shady they are with the order things are processed I get livid.

the interview tomorrow I googled the company and it seems sketchy so I don’t think I’m going to go. It mentioned being potentially all commission based and how you have to purchase your leads and shit. The only reason I’m even toying with it is bc the position was for sales manager so it’s possible I wouldn’t be doing any sales myself but I still don’t like that

I also got the phone interview from this morning moved to tomorrow (the admin assistant position is filled sadly but since it’s a staffing agency they’re still interviewing me for other positions)

I just want money without having to participate in capitalism in an evil way is that so much to ask!!

 

Also I like how the lady on the phone for the sketchy place was like “so what brings you to looking for this new opportunity?”
