Lmao I thought the resi cutscenes were dumb. I wanna see gameplay first, I’m sure it’s gonna be good, but I’ve never liked the overly cheesy characters. That dude with the shades is not creepy, he looks like he belongs in pirates of the Caribbean. The opening dialogue was like nails on a chalkboard too. They can’t find any voice actor that speaks like a normal human?

For the record I adore RE2make. Loathed R3make though.

 

Also does VIIIage not render a remake of 4 somewhat redundant?

Didn’t see your post. Wasn’t aimed at you. There’s many instances of tweets at the DEVELOPERs claiming it’s not a full game, to which they obviously reply...we’re working on it - it’s a full game. But people somehow still can’t wrap their heads around that.

 

Whether it's a full game or not, idc. I'm just glad we get more spider-man and that we still also get a full sequel for the harry/venom plot in a couple years.

That $700 price is 100000000% a placeholder. That outlet wanted to be the first place to offer preorders, so they picked the absolute highest potential price the thing could sell at. That way, when the actual price is revealed, they can revise it down instead of up. They’re just trying to get preorder business before anyone else. No need to give them the attention they clearly desire.

If Sony actually sold it at that price they’d be signing the gaming division’s death warrant.
