I got box office tickets for The Wonder Years in Chicago. I contacted the venue and told me they would refund box office tickets when they are allowed to open again. So I guess its the same for all venues

I got that same response from a venue here in Sacramento

Newly announced tour. I feel like we'll be seeing a lot of short runs in specific states/coasts

Hasn't Bowling For Soup been mainly doing Texas shows for the past 10 years with the occasional full tour here and there?

Bowling For Soup had a show scheduled for Chicago but it was of course postponed. I was surprised they were coming here honestly.

Basically it’s just Texas shows, partial Warped Tour dates, the occasional US tour, and full-blown UK tours

Bowling For Soup still draw well enough. They had massive crowds at Warped, and seems like their headliners would get around 1,000 or so, at least up in Virginia.

Bowling for soup and the reel big fish tour last year sold out the florida dates. ( house of blues venues) I was honestly pretty shocked

They still get good crowds in the US. They’re BIG in the UK apparently. Last time they toured there they played arenas and Simple Plan opened

Yeah I don't think BFS draw poorly or anything, I think it's pretty much just they'd rather play shows around their area and be able to spend time with their families through most of the year.

I was bummed because the St Augustine show got delayed due to lightning and each band could only play 35 minutes with the curfew. Still a great show, though.

Yeah they said that’s why they do it this way now.

That and they probably make more on royalties than they do touring at this point

Yeah BFS easily makes some decent cash on royalties, does hurt they didn’t write some of their biggest songs though.

Probably made some huge Disney money for the Phinehas and Ferb theme song.

BFS is just a glorified comedy/cover band with about 4-5 (being generous) good songs. Hence why every set they play is all covers, them talking for 45 mins and then only 4-5 songs lol

And I'm still not bored of that same set despite the double digit times I've seen it haha

I feel bad for saying this because BFS was my actual introduction to pop punk as a kid, and I grew up listening to them, but AHYDD was their last quality album.
