This song is enough of a banger that the lyrics don't bother me much.

 

That makes me feel a LOT better. Haven’t listened to the leak. I suppose I should at this point. If you know disappointment is coming, best to get it over early.

 

I just thought the new Green Day record was really bad. Like I didn't get any enjoyment out of it at all. At least with the NFG album, I was able to get a little bit. I know some might not agree with me on this, but that's my view.

 

Holy shit, I had no idea how much I wanted this until right now. NFG with Ryan Key would be rad as fuck! I really miss Ryan and Yellowcard! His solo stuff is great but it's not the same vibe at all, I know it's not supposed to be .. but still. It'd even be kinda cool to have trade off main vocals, Ryan on one, Jordan on the next.

 

I know I'm in the minority, but I've never been a lyrics person and this doesn't change that.

Still love this band and know I'll love this album

As a 28 year old man I don’t sit and ponder over lyrics like a teenage girl so that doesn’t bother me.
This is what I want from NFG, fun and catchy. Perfect for driving or listening to in the gym!

Objectively I think this couldn't be further from the truth. I mean, they have some really bad songs on other albums I never return to. This one I'd at least listen to if it came up on shuffle or something.

Somewhat related to this: Goldfinger has been doing a quarantine single a couple times a week using live recordings. The production is better than anything on their last few records and make songs from the last album sound like classics. They are on Spotify now. I really hope Feldmann learns a lesson from that on how good a band can sound when you stay out of the way

 

I like the new site. Especially how you can click straight to the comments and it shows it clearly how many comments exists.

What article did you find? I check in on this every once in a while, and I haven't found anything new since 2014. I'm just trying to find out if he was found guilty or not. Last I read, he plead 'not guilty'.

 

I used to consider myself a New Found Glory Stan, that is until i heard the leak. I hope they switch something up if they choose to continue after this. Ryan joining full time would be best case scenario for sure.

 

I got so excited when they talked about the new album during their last tour. Said it might be their best yet (yes I know everyone always says that) and that fans will love it. Now I don't dislike the album per se, but it's definitely not what I was expecting/hoping for.
