Finally got around to installing and playing with this ServiceStation app. I like it. I can see quite a few places I'll use this for faster access to my custom service scripts.

 

I ordered the Brydge Pro + for my new iPad Pro. Has anyone used Brydge in the past? Hoping to truly make this my laptop replacement.

I’d go Magic Keyboard for that kinda goal.

 

I know I've read tons of articles and watched all the videos. The main issue seems to be the trackpad. They are updating the firmware for it, but I don't know if it will fix all the issues. I already pre-ordered so I wonder if I can cancel the order and just order the magic keyboard. I love the extra USB-c port on the magic keyboard and the trackpad works really well according to reviews. The price is super steep. On the brydge it has function keys and the design feels more like a regular laptop. I mainly do video editing, photoshop, excel, and word type projects for work.

 

Update: so I cancelled my order with Brydge and they are offering me $50 off my order. I’m still canceling. Ordered the Magic Keyboard. I’m turning into such a fan boy.

 

Really the best decision. The last Brydge Keyboard was phenomenal, I loved it. But this one has a myriad of problems and tradeoffs. I think more than anything it’s just unfortunate timing for them. Their hardware design is awesome but no one should buy that product right now.

 

Got my new Series 5! It's been 2 weeks since I broke my Series 3 and not having a watch was driving me crazy.

 

Anyone grab one of these refreshed 13" Macbook Pros? I'm torn on whether I want this one or want to wait one more year.

I’m getting sick of how my iPhone home screen looks. Is there a de-cluttering solution other than folders?

 

I like the bottom row empty look. Three dock icons. And using shortcuts for various quick actions. Second screen for folders and less used apps, I think it feels less cluttered:

How’d you get those black and white icons?

 

Those are all shortcut launchers for custom shortcuts. The icons themselves were made with Launch Center Pro.
