i'm not sure which songs, but i know the lyrics for many of them were written by the band's guitarist

 

new tour dates. honestly, august seems a little risky still... i was thinking it would be more like, november ish.

 

Can't imagine having enough energy to watch 5 bands in one show. Cool lineup though.

 

I wanted to go in spring but without Royal Coda on the lineup and having seen Animals as Leaders like four times, imma pass. Five bands is way too much imo. I also agree August seems risky

 

Took a little while but I actually love Prisoner now. Spent ages working out the guitar & bass last week (only for Tim to put up a full bass playthrough the day after I finished lol) and I have much more of an appreciation for parts that I thought were slightly "messy" before.

 

I haven't really been into their last two releases, so I doubt I'll be into this one, but, I'll definitely give it a shot. The last Tilian album I thoroughly enjoyed was Instant Gratification, but, Acceptance Speech is still my favorite Tilian album. My favorite DGD albums, however, are Jonny's albums. If DGD ever decides to call it quits, it'd be nice to have them feature Jonny Craig and Kurt Travis, respectively.

I wasn't aware of his upbringing, and now that I've read he has alluded to it multiple times, this might add another understanding to his lyrics.

 

No idea what that means but they’ve all posted it on their profiles. If that’s really “Gavin”, I wonder if we’ll get a story about him.
