100% the most interested in a Mania I’ve been in a few years and I legit couldn’t tell you one match on the card other than (I think?) Brock vs Drew

 

Yea, that makes sense. I thought about that after I wrote the post but for the average joe, it’s just hard to imagine dudes who make 6 figures a year still trying to “pad resumes” but the brand thing, I totally understand.

I didn’t even know he worked for wwe now, hard agree. I’ve noticed a shift in a lot of the more well known wrestling pods lately. They’ve gone from being critical to trying really hard not to offend wwe and it sucks. What do you think changes? Is it because wwe offers them press passes to their events and or interviews? I could understand that trade from a business standpoint.

I can’t seem to find a good wrestling podcast that seems willing to be unbiased, most of the ones I know of that are critical are just too goofy for my taste. There’s also like 200 podcasts when you look up wrestling so maybe I’m missing it but I’m not listening to all of those lol

 

Really hope Braun doesn’t get paralyzed when he’s inevitably dropped on his head because Goldberg can’t get him up for the jackhammer.

i honestly think that big angle that was rumored for Braun/Goldberg may happen before the match. have Braun put Goldberg through the barricade or whatever before the match and whatever to kayfabe Goldberg outta havin to hoist Braun up lol

Excited for Mania though my expextations are super low and its more of a curiosity factor than anything.

 

I think it’ll end up being pretty entertaining. They know they can just run a glorified raw or SD. And since it isn’t live I’m guessing that opened doors to other ideas.

 

I'm looking forward to seeing what they can do. I'm sure some of the matches will be awesome

 

I’m still sad about not being able to go. My seats were going to be awesome and I was going to be there all 3 nights.
