Gosh dude, maybe I'm just in a weird state this morning given everything going on but this made me tear up.
I'm still so torn though, fuck this whole thing.

 

This is what I keep telling everyone. Not voting for Biden means saying goodbye to any progressive policies for 30-40 years if Trump wins.

I’m going to have to vote for Biden and then fight his administration which will actually in a lot of ways be a lot more frustrating than trump because all the resistance people will disappear. Can’t wait

if I write in Joe Biden does it still count? I want to write in “Joe Biden the lying sack of shit” and I also want my vote to count.

 

you will never win by playing their games by their rules. vote however you feel you should, but radicalize and take actions and organize outside of that. and don’t shame anyone from being unable or unwilling to vote for Biden, that is not your decision to make for them, we don’t owe our vote to that man simply because he isn’t Trump. fuck all of this shit 1000%

 

We lost though. There is no winning. I don’t owe Biden or the democrats anything but I want trump to lose more than Biden. if someone isn’t willing to vote for Biden I don’t hold it against them though, he is horrible. He’s just not trump and if that’s not enough for you I understand.

Like last election, in Michigan I just don’t really have a choice. I have to vote Biden, even if it makes me gag.

I thought voting for Hillary would be the ickiest vote I ever cast. This will put it to the test.

Now's not the time for a principled stand. The DNC doesn't fucking care if you vote for their candidate or not. Being like "I'll just not vote for Joe Biden, that'll show them" won't actually change anything, because THEY DON'T CARE if they win or lose, as long as they supress a progressive. It's sad, but true.

At a certain point you don't have the privilege of voting "for" something, sometimes you just have to vote to protect yourself and others from facism and bigotry.

 

This is really pissing me off.

 

I agree with this but even if Biden wins you will need to fight to protect others from bigotry. He’s still a piece of shit that will sell people out to further his interests and keep friends with his fascist buddies across the isle.
