I'm diabetic, my roommate is pregnant, and my fiance's roommate is pregnant. All considered high risk for the virus. Hmm.

 

Might be helpful to frame it in more broad terms first, i.e. talking about how having people in power that believe in a competent and well funded government can change outcomes, and then from there pointing out that people in govt who believe the government should be helping people first and not corporations and profit margins and etc.

That is all great but my guess it they will just take it out of your tax return...that was one of the plans I saw floated by Repubs.
