Pretty high. He's just the first one to get tested and the mic thing was in poor taste, especially in retrospect. NBA players are notably in good physical health so whoever had it first was likely not showing symptoms directly, and definitely not to the point they needed to be tested for it. Patient zero could be anyone in the whole league.
