this is going from the Aragon last year to huntington Bank Pavilion this year

 

Motionless/Knocked Loose is definitely not a combo I ever expected but that will be one fun show.

 

I mean Knocked Loose have Def already outgrown the hardcore thing. Looks like they are doing exactly what Hatebreed and Every Time I die did and just be willing to literally tour with anyone and everyone. Playing in front of new faces and different crowds will Def help them get bigger and bigger.

Honestly would love to see motionless bust out a bunch of older material but that won't happen...

 

just wasn't sure if motionless would be their thing but I'm all for them branching out and not only catering to the hardcore scene.

hope this lineup means motionless favoring a lot of their heavier material.

 

Tour of the decade

 

This last tour with Beartooth they said they were going to be doing a lot of old material and mixing up the set. The oldest material they did was Infamous stuff, and it was only one song. Granted it was Black Damask, but I was expecting maybe like at least a quarter of the set to be Creatures/Infamous material.

 

it’s so weird, cause I mean I’m not mistaken like two of their biggest songs in the fans eyes are Def Abigail and Immaculate Misconception right?

 

What are the dates for the Nu Metal tour? Ngl I'd be down to go if it came to my town but I won't drive out of town for it.

 

At least to old school fans I'd say. I remember people going crazy for Immaculate and Abigal back in the Infamous/Reincarnate era. The real big crime is that they think Eternally Yours should be a setlist staple. That song drags on for soooo long and goes nowhere real fast.

 

Chris has hinted that there will be a Creatures 10 year anniversary tour this year

My favorite thing about this thread is random, niche Chicago updates to no one in particular.

 

I’m certainly guilty cluttering the thread with local updates, but it does seem like there are a lot of regulars in this thread from Chicago.

 

My first thought waa touring with MCR, they will be in Europe around the same time but they said they couldn't come to the UK and Europe so I'm not sure now.

 

I think you’re fine, I think the post was more referring to posting about tours moving to new venues in Chicago or shows adding extra dates for Chicago shows.

 

Chicago is the best city for touring bands and consequently going to shows obv

 

I actually really like it.

I also really like Chicago.
