Are people still bitching about buying tickets for a Brand New albums show? They went and heard two albums as advertised and still complain.

I'm not bitching. I went and it was awesome. I'm just defending people's....feelings.

 

Someone help me with set times for this tour, I might be able to go tonight on a whim but need to know when they'd play. Modest Mouse closes this show

 

They got as advertised. Many people
Never got a chance for a show like that. They don't need enabled to be childish.

 

Tickets for last night said doors at 6, show starts at 7. Modest Mouse came on at 7:30 and played until 9, and Brand New came on at about 9:45 and played until about 11:15.

 

Gross. But what was the wager mentioned above about?

 

Brand new between 7-730 mm between 9-930

I went to two dates and that's how it was for me

 

He just said something like "That was a dare, by the way."

 

Gotcha. Not that it actually matters, but somehow knowing it's not a genuine thing to him makes me feel better.

I guess I'd sleep better at night knowing that an artist I look up to isn't a lame tryhard, but that's just me.

 

jesus. I wish I lived the type of life where all I had to get upset about was a singer doing a certain dance move.

 

I don't think anyone is upset though.

 

Also, I didn't realize a person can only be upset by one thing at a time.

 

and for the record, yes, I literally have nothing else to worry about. It's pretty nice.

I still think it's funny that people would complain about TDAG and Daisy anyway, like if I ever wanted to see Brand New those are the two records I'd rather see by far

 

I was lucky enough to see them perform Deja Entendu front to back in Cincinnati in 2013 and they did not market the show as a full-album show, so it was a super cool surprise. I think they only played a few select midwest cities that fall and ended up doing a few full-album shows on that little tour but Cincinatti was the first date and it was so awesome being totally surprised by the fact they were playing Deja in its entirety.
