Only ones I am now missing is Quiet Things and Jude Law on 7". And I can guarantee that I will never get those. I'll always buy whatever they release though, but in fairness I am hoping that whatever is the next announcement it'll be the album. There's been a lot of stuff released in these last couple months from them so I think they might wait a little while longer to announce the album now. From a business point of view it could be over saturation and lead to fewer sales to release more singles and then an album all within a short space.

 

I strongly doubt the next single would see an individual vinyl release. Next single will accompany an album announcement.

 

Going out on a limb here: the next single is Sealed to Me, and as Kevin has said will go up when pre-orders for the album do.

Both Mene and 3 Demos, Reworked were designed by Morning Breath. Not sure about IAAN. So I am not sure if that's the agency, but I do love that motif.

 

It was used elsewhere. I forget the name of the project, but it wasn't Brand New.

All I was saying is it was a fair assumption that they would play them in order. Since they played them in order on the west coast, it's easy to see why people on the east coast would be annoyed that they switched it up. Seems like a deliberate move to fuck with people, which is great. But they trolled an entire coast.

A band will never owe it to anyone to do things the way you want them to.

 

I just scoured the Internet looking for what band ended up using it, but to no avail. It was within the past year.

The shows were sold out way before a single note was played. It's not like people waited until after the west coast shows to buy their tickets thinking they'd see whichever albums.

Hypothetically, if someone loved Deja and YFW and liked TDAG and Daisy less (you know, the people who shout "70x7!" at every show), and purchased tickets to the first show thinking that, logically, that is when those two albums would be played, and then had west coast precedent to get their hopes up that they picked the right show, and then they get to the show looking forward to some pop-punk and instead get some post-hard core brooding tunes, I feel like that's reason to feel a certain way. Maybe not reason to lash out and call the band assholes, but reason to vent a bit maybe.

Just my opinion, though. I guess I'm in the vast minority.
