Love Brian Cage. That's another name for the AEW main event scene which is much needed after Marty chose ROH. Still not watching ROH since its been bad for a long ass time lol

 

The RVD situation is just so odd.

 

So...this PPV has one match that ends early because Cage is hurt and signing elsewhere. Another match featuring Michael Elgin. A tag title match that's become a handicap match because Swann is hurt. And the main event is going to feature two wrestlers with terrible reputations.

Not only did Cage's match end early, Daga came out and they restarted the match, lololol

 

We've got a Seth Rollins/HHH level knee sell going. They botched a "both got back in before 10", and there's been at least two kickouts after 3.

And now its gone full false finish special

I wonder if she drops it at the tapings lol

 

They kinda went off the air pretty quickly too lol

 

That show had one good match on it, lolol

 

People (well, Reddit) seemed to generally like Impact while shitting on ROH. But what I just watched was a bunch of old wrestlers, matches affected by injuries, and/or matches featuring people credibly accused of racism/bullying/sexual assault.

Makes me wonder how damn bad ROH has gotten

Well the larger audience seemed to have forgotten whatever she did in the past and seemed to want her to be champion. She was all over the local media here because impact was here on Friday. Her dad lives here in town. And one of the smaller promotions here had her booked and actually canceled her. I’m very surprised at that.

 

Had to laugh at the dueling chants. “You deserve it!” “No you don’t!”

One time I took this job that paid me the most I had ever been paid up to that point. It was just to run a kiosk that printed people’s photos from their phone. I practically did nothing other than show older people how to use it and run maintenance on the printers. I knew it wasn’t going to last but I couldn’t turn down the opportunity to make that kind of money to do absolutely nothing. I literally got paid to chill and do whatever I wanted.

seems like he’s getting way less dates, a lot of money, and the freedom to do whatever he wants.

Five months later we closed up shop and it was back to the real world. I don’t know how much longer ROH has but at least he’s getting it in the mean time

 

Getting PAID and trying other jobs while doing so.

I'd have to imagine that he'd still have a job at AEW waiting for him when his ROH deal expires.

 

I’ve done that too and it was the worst time of my life
