I guess when I said versed in feminism I just meant more familiar with it than the cursory glance of “female=feminism” like Amber said, but yeah it would be an oxymoron either way.

 

Every episode I’ve ever had the misfortune of watching of Blue Bloods was like a propaganda film for cops and traditional religion and “clean family values” and just gave me the jibblies down to the bone.

Agreed that B99 is pretty much it for watchable cop shows at this point, unless you get into the kind of really dark dramas that put a huge amount of effort into unpacking the toxic aspects and don’t make them out to be heroes.
