Worst merch I’ve ever seen

 

Agreed. I’m underwhelmed with their merch since the nine launch

 

This new merch is just boring at least. Not hideously garish for once. I don't mind it but nothing I have a need for as usual lol

 

Ha, I thought that was a yellow sweatshirt but it's a T-SHIRT! For $60! I get that it's vegan, but still.

 

This good. Not sure it’s totally blink but still good.

 

Main riff sounds more like early Yellowcard to me lol

Blink is basically a really simple band and yet for some reason it seems to be super hard to cover or imitate them haha

Thanks. Never listened to that podcast before except for the 10 minutes Mark was on over the summer. For the people that do listen to the podcast what the hell can they possibly talk about for over 2 hours each episode?

 

It tends to break-down as follows:

10-30 minutes of general catch-up talk between Sam and Josiah
~30-45 minutes chatting about the song, the lyrics, etc. and watching some live videos (as applicable)
~30-45 minutes talking about cover videos on YouTube (or if there are no covers whatever comes up when they search the song title in YouTube)
~25-30 minutes with a guest talking about Blink-182 in general

It varies from song to song, obviously, because some of the deeper cuts and newer songs have less material to draw from. But they get creative with it. It's more silly than it is informative, for the most part.

The podcast definitely isn't for everybody, but personally I'm a huge fan.

 

I love the pod so much. But absoLUTELY not for everyone.

 

Have you taken a dive into the 'sclusies? Those are a whole 'nother world of greatness/weirdness... Worth the price of admission, IMHO.

Today marks the 17th anniversary of when blink entered the mansion to record Untitled

 

It always sneaks up on me every year.

 

Also the 5th year anniversary of when they were suppose to go into the studio to record the follow up album to Neighborhoods before Tom quit again.

 

After a decent amount of time, can finally place Nine amongst the ranks.
