Which Blink cover did you do? I'm excited that you're doing another comp (FINALLY! haha)

 

I did vocals for someone's cover of Easy Target. I rushed to get the vocals done, and they were just tired, haha. I was in a production of American Idiot at the time, rehearsing 5 nights a week, on top of work. Voice was ready for a break!

 

11 days until covers are due!

 

Hey sorry guys, I'm having some head stuff going on. Felt like I have to muse that into my rock opera before the next full moon. I'm gonna have to back out again. Avondale is available if anyone wants it.

 

Guitar/vocals tracked last night. Buddy is working on editing it. Will send along as soon as it's ready!

 

I have things recorded for the most part, but I'm considering recording a few things over again. Work (and Pokemon Go, as well ^^) has been taking up time :p. Ill have it in the next week or so, definitely on time.

Finished tracking all my instruments for The Takedown today. Going to try and do vocals too...it's all coming together.

 

Finished tracking instruments as well. Tuned the B string to A and it sounded awesome for Fragile and Dear.

 

Sent mine in last night!

 

Working on guitar and vocals this week! I have the drums and bass all done.

 

Sent in mine. Still not happy how With You Around came out but I won't have any more time to make it sound better. I'm working 11-12 hours a day for the next four days and then I'm going to Busch Garden's Williamsburg to catch Pokemon (they'll be casting lures over the park all day).

I am super proud of how The Takedown turned out though. Can't wait to hear everyone's submissions.

Thanks for the heads up. Some RL stuff happened (mostly my older brother had some dad duties to do) but will do it before then.

 

Soooo, Drive Thru next month? We've been flirting with the idea for a long time.

 

Still hoping to clean some things up Saturday before submitting.. well see how it goes! If not, I'll just send what I have now.
