Keep in mind that last night was one of two San Diego dates so we might see a different set tonight

I don't want to say I'm pressed about Josie, but I'm pressed about Josie. Why can't they just make the set longer I

What a mish mash of thoughts?!? Like the thing someone leaves written on a hotel wall with a poo used as a scribe

Is "I need a girl I can train" so bad?
I literally hear girls on a weekly basis say how they've trained their boyfriend.
"He was wild, but now I have him trained"
"He stays out to 3am with his boys, but I'll train him onto a husband" etc etc
Surely this can be said both ways, equality.

I'll be with you the whole way.

Cynical should be the opener! :peace:

    Sleekest of beaks. So Good.

Agreed, the first lyric of that song would be perfect for opening a show after everything they've been through with Tom.

Anyone got a No Future video?

I looked at the set list, but my goal is to not watch any live videos from this tour until my date. Which isn't until September 9. :(

I haven't read the thread yet and ugh it's so tempting... 14 hours to go with avoiding setlists :(

    Biggest disappointments with this setlist:
    - axing Wendy Clear, Not Now and Joise
    - picking Los Angeles, KOTW and No Future over much better new songs (like Rabbit Hole, Left Alone)
    - No Travis Barker drum solo??

They would switch a song here or there half way through the tour but nothing major. Haven't done it since TOYPAJ/Poo Disaster Tour.

on the 2009 reunion tour I saw them back to back nights and I remember there being little differences in the sets, maybe 2 songs switched out. I definitely remember Don't Leave Me being played only the second night and being surprised.

Yep. In 2009, they were alternating Don't Leave Me/Going Away to College and Obvious/Violence.

Something tells me they'll rarely, if ever, play San Diego due to its subject matter.

Now that I think about it, even though I like California, I don't know if I'm all that interested in seeing songs from it live. The ones they're playing live aren't my favorites ("Kings of the Weekend"? Really?) and the ones I like probably wouldn't translate that well cause of the whole Mark not being a very good singer thing. I don't think I've ever seen this be a thing, but if they were to advertise a "non-singles" tour or show, or do a setlist of non-singles with like, a "Rock Show", "All the Small Things", "Dammit" encore, that would get me excited.

"Cynical" seemed alright live, almost entirely because of Travis.

yessss I neeed this song live!
(I shouldn't watch live videos, I'll be watching them in one week)

Having LA and Kings of the Weekend on there in place of Not Now, Josie, Wendy Clear, or Don't Leave Me is so aggravating.
