It’s worse because not only is it confusing, it’s also a goddamn mouthful. Phil Spencer even stumbled over his words trying to say it. It’s just bad all around.

Holy shit...how did they manage to ruin Senua's Sacrifice? That's a game that SPECIFICALLY didn't need a sequel purely based on the story and message they were trying to send.

Names not great, but I do love the design. Name isn't worse than Wii U because people instantly didn't know what the Wii U was. I think its pretty clear just based off the name that this is a new console.

So, I think as an ecosystem and from a standpoint of moving the industry forward with things like cross-platform and Game Pass, Microsoft is King and does a lot of good, but when it comes to naming things, UI, working with studios, making hardware and PR, they are fucking trash.
