Yep! I have a relative who was able to get me free tickets to some pretty cool shows, and comedians and stuff like that too. I like the venue too because it's pretty intimate and really not a bad seat wherever you are. With that being said, I've also ran in to a lot of very annoying people around me there too, but that obviously happens at any show haha.

You ever been to shows there?

That’s awesome! Totally agree about there not really being a bad seat in the house! Been there for more events than I can count, but most recently for Jim Jeffries (bumped into him in the casino afterward) and Our Lady Peace (actually had the chance to interview OLP before that one). I was at that same Offspring show you mentioned and had a great time at that one, as well.

I had a lot that I like. Most of it is probably long because I put an explanation with a good number. I'm sure I could shorten it down to 1-3 for each year if I needed to.

Nice! Yeah, I was at that OLP show too, was good, and the Offspring was too for sure. I would like to read/hear the OLP interview, maybe send me a DM or something?

I've been blessed to see a lot of great shows, but these are ones I always remember off the top of my head.

    Prince at United Center
This was great because it was the second night and the paper ripped him to shreds for the first night. He killed it the second night. They delayed seating because he was running sound check as people were getting into the arena. Jennifer Hudson brought the house down and he played like 3 or 4 encores. This is probably the best show I've ever been too.

    Rolling Stones at United Center
This was such a damn good show. This was the tour where they brought out Mick Taylor for select songs. Taylor Swift showed up.

    1975 at Lincoln Hall
Those EPs and the S/T are always going to be my favorite, so it's basically the perfect setlist. They were just starting to get big, so seeing them in that tiny room was something special.

    Fall Out Boy at Metro
    The PAX AM full performance.

Fall Out Boy at Lincoln Hall
Smaller venue than Metro, which made this one extra cool.

The National at House of Vans
This was so awesome. They had flown in from their European tour to perform at some event for Obama and decided to put this show on to cover the costs. It was free to attend, so I ducked out of work early to stand in line. Matt did the thing where he walks out into the audience, but since the venue was so small he basically wandered around the whole place. Then they took off to go to the Arcade Fire (Richard Reed Parry also joined them for a song) show, who were playing down the street.

ETID with Vein, Angel Du$t and Turnstile was pretty sick too. Don't know if it makes top of the decade, but certainly for this year.

The Wonder Years "Secret Show" at the Barbary in Philly before the 10 year album shows 2016
The Wonder Years at Boot and Saddle in Philly (like 190 people cap) in 2018
Every Time I Die Boat Shows this year

Those 3 are the first ones that jump into my head. Would have to sit down and come up with a longer list. I like the one per year approach.

Indoor was crazier, also I had waited years and years thinking I'd never see them. Plus it was their first show back in 10 years So as soon as they came out and started the machinist the whole place just went off. The pile ons were insane the entire set.
