Just a thought: Raw gets the Cruiserweight division, to offset for the fact that its three hours. But they are already getting 60% of the roster only a handful of which are cruiserweights (which means new talent is gonna have to come in). Wonder what the implications there are. (sounds like other new talent also booked to come into smackdown)

I doubt they'll do that since the tournament technically ends in September
