It took me until the end of January to feel like I mentally wrapped up 2015, so it's been hard for me to delve full into 2016 albums so far. That said, standouts for me have been (in no order):

Ye never disappoints me musically.

I still need to hear this. I've been scared of it because of how heavy I'm expecting it to be, emotionally speaking

 

It's a really solid record, the best swan song for the act to go out on. It gets heavy at time but it's more of a reflection of the time Alejandra spent with Benjamin than anything. A Thousand Times More is my personal favorite track, it sounds like a dream pop version of a long lost New Order song.
