I've been enjoying And So I Watch You From Afar. The songs "BEAUTIFULUNIVERSEMASTERCHAMPION","Big Thinks Do Remarkable", and "Like A Mouse" are good to start with. All Hail Bright Futures is all fun and exuberance - no angst at all lol. it's refreshing.

Say Hi's "Hooplas Involving Circus Tricks" is a song I can't stop listening to. It makes me feel good. I'm still discovering that artist/band but I like everything I've heard so far. It sounds like Silversun Pickups recorded music while sleepy.

This has probably been addressed, but is there a Local Music thread where we can share music from our hometowns? I'd love to start a "Share Your Scene" thread if we don't have something servings that function, where posters could really engage and exchange.

don't really feel like making a thread for this because all the threads I make don't get enough love (seriously though glass animals need to be appreciated way more here) BUT this new band has really been hitting the spot for me lately and their new song is one of the best songs I've heard all year ... . .

it's like the music you'd hear in H&M but if the music you heard in H&M was really good

 

What types of earbuds do you all use? I like my headphones but they can be pretty cumbersome when I'm out and about so I'd like to get a pair of earbuds again - preferably one that doesn't feel like it's physically stabbing my ear and doesn't fall out every ten seconds. I used to have a pair but they stopped working a while back.

 

just now checking out this viola beach album. what a sad, tragic story. really fun songs. definitely had a bright future.

 

just picked up some urbanears Reimers and I'm really digging them. they stay put in my ears and don't give me any fatigue after wearing them for a while, which is what I most look for.

I got a pair of Jaybird Bluebuds X2 that I really like. I'm never going back to non-bluetooth for earbuds when I'm out. All my other earbuds break disturbingly fast from wear and tear. When outside walking I used to often by mistake hit the cord with my left arm, making the earbuds either get torn from my ears or from the phone. So much easier now without that hassle.

 

Any good albums coming out this Friday? I've got nothing on my radar.
