That was Carolina’s fourth dog shit game in a row for what it’s worth. Anaheim looked good though. All of those young forwards looked really sharp, and the defense did a good job of moving the puck up the ice quickly. After the second Carolina goal you guys went into full suffocation/shutdown mode with resounding success.

 

Good thing Carolina has a week off now. That road trip was rough.

Let me tell ya, Robin Lehner is a hell of an upgrade at backup goalie than Cam Ward

 

Lehner is also paid like a starting goalie so it wouldn’t be surprising to see him play a lot of games this season regardless of Crawford’s health.
