Jim's vocals are just out of this world. he's singing to the rafters. so much emotion in these songs

 

Congratulations is the best song on this by a fucking mile.

 

man "recommit" is a WILD song

 

it's very futures + "gotta be somebody's blues" but somehow almost... deeper and darker

 

fuck, when Congratulations goes quiet halfway through and piece by piece constructs itself, just a little different now. fuck
