It has its ups and downs but Ive been loving AEW so far. Hyped to go in 2 weeks

Other dark match is Dark Order/Evans/Angelico vs SCU/CIMA

 

Missed the first hour of AEW so I’m watching now. This tag match is awesome

 

God damn Young Bucks Private Party was ridiculous

 

You haven't watched wrestling until a drunk guy screams at every wrestler that their hair is stupid (in a Boston accent)

people suck

 

One thing the AEW shows so far have shown is that WWE for all of its faults has such a well-produced show in terms of their camera work and whatnot. Lots of missed stuff by AEW which will come in time. I'll gladly trade production value for quality between the ropes. If they ever made it so finishers mattered and secondary signatures could end matches, I think AEW would be damn near flawless for me.

 

God damn I love AEW.

 

Why aren’t the two guys from Inner Circle in the tag tourney? (I’m still learning names)

because they were awesome last week. I’m guessing they’ll probably get a shot at the winners of the tourney.

 

Dynamite was amazing!!!

Only thing i'd change is they should prolly have one or two more promos

 

Sounds like Dynamite was great. Gonna have to avoid everything on the net today until I can watch it.

 

Haven’t watched the main event for either show yet, but both shows were stellar leading up

 

Kushida v Walter was very good I thought.

Not a huge fan of the name Inner Circle but it’s not like I have anything better. Really like the shirt though

 

Yeah that match was great and I agree about the name. Feels like a name The CW would give to a show (and I love me some CW shows)

 

A couple of thoughts from last night:

A) Darby is gonna be a star for them. It's hard not to have that babyface sympathy for him as he's bumpin' around like crazy.
B) Private Party looked damn great. That match had the crowd buzzing and I think putting them over the Bucks was the right move
C) Sammy is gonna be a mega heel for them. A spanish god too lol.
D) Kenny needs to get that Best Bout Machine swagger back. He's been out of the ring so long that people seem to be forgetting how good he is. The dark match with Joey Janela was excellent.

 

only got to AEW so far but i fuckin loved it.

- Private Party are so. damn. clean. everything they did looked phenomenal. great great match.
- women's tag had some hiccups and im just not sold on Baker
- Spears sucks. i was into his character work initially but i dont know what he accomplishes long term. its tough to justify a full time jobbers on your roster if you're kayfabing the importance of wins and losses.
- Darby is a fuckin star
- Dustin Rhodes is getting that belt at some point. its gotta happen. he is impossibly good for his age and all the shit he has overcome physically and mentally. give him two months with the belt.
