I’ve said this before but one time Ryback saw me taking a picture of him so he turned, looked at me intensely, then flexed so I could have a better picture

 

Like, it would suck if they sign Ryback. All the WWE fans I know who have been trashing AEW left and right will jump down my throat so god damn quick.

Agreed. Though they've got to do something about his entrance music!

 

I think a big problem with a lot of the newer talent is the wretched music. AEW's is even worse.

 

Is anyone other than me not crazy about this AEW stable? I hate stables that have no reason for being together other than "were the faces/heels the company wants to push right now". It's the same as Lifeblood in ROH. There's just no theme.


I guess the main reason is can't see Ortiz and Santana as any gimmick other than the awesome LAX stuff they did in Impact, and I don't see a kayfabe reason why they'd align with Jericho

 

Let it unfold. Gotta give them a shot to explain it first. I don't mind the stable because it directly spits in the face of "it's gonna be just like WCW with the EVPS always putting themselves over" thing.

 

Unlike wwe there's a heel in aew (MJF) who is not automatically friends with all the other heels.

 

MJF's not a heel? He's the salt of the earth. He's a nice guy.

 

I’d let it play out longer than 5 minutes at the end of the first show. Even Bullet Club had a weird beginning after Devitt turned on Taguchi and joined with Fale. Anderson and Tama were then shoved in to make the tag team a faction and we all know how that turned out.

Guevara is the weird one for me actually.

 

Last night baby bones was watching NXT with me and he was way into it. Gonna have to make him an account soon so he can start dunking on all you fuckin nerds.

 

Is baby bones a heel....or babyface?

 

My son watched NXT with me last week and he’s been wanting a championship belt so bad now. So we got him the wwe title and he’s mad because he wanted the NXT championship

 

When I was a kid my dad would root for all the heels just to piss me off. Can’t wait till he’s old enough for me to do the same.

 

What if baby bones ends up hating Ziggler?

Just watched Dark. Gotta day I absolutely love Darby.

I do wish he had a better finisher though. The coffin drop is impactful, yeah but it seems like a lot could go wrong.
