My appeal to everyone debating the Pathetic/Dammit matchup:

I love Pathetic, it's so lyrically articulate, the riffs are infectious, and it encapsulated everything that made blink one of the best pop-punk bands on the scene.

HOWEVER, Dammit is some next level shit. It's the perfect fun, catchy single. It's what defined the blink formula. HOOKS FOR DAYS. And Mark finally put some "oomph" in his voice and it paid off. Yes, Pathetic is an amazing pop-punk song, but Dammit is a near perfect song period.

You can put Pathetic against nearly any song on self-titled, and if I had to guess, in most cases the self-titled song would win. But Dammit would put up a fight continuously because it's just that damn good.

I’m surprised Lemmings is beating Dick Lips pretty easily.

 

Lemmings is my all time favorite blink song. I’m gonna be gutted when it loses this bracket but I’m glad it’s winning rn.

That was surprisingly easy aside for Dick Lips vs Lemmings. (And Waggy and Pathetic are best on the album so I'm gonna be so upset if they die this early)
