Just got back - any hesitation about the sitting was instantly destroyed. That was a blast. This album rules and the show was so good.

My guess is June for the album. Shadow of the City is June 27th, so I wouldn't be surprised if it came out June 26th.

Don’t Take The Money is such a fantastic tune... killer chorus and I love the synth and bass bouncing around in the bridge especially.

also the pretty low key Lorde assist on the bridge is superb.

Seriously insane output for the decade. Such a strong body of work. I actually didn't realize that last Steel Train album came out after Aim & Ignite.

Anyway: Some Nights>Norman Fucking Rockwell (both two of my top 4 albums this decade) > Strange Desire > Melodrama > reputation > Gone Now > Lover > 1989 > ARIZONA baby > Steel Train > Red Hearse > Masseduction

But I genuinely love them all (except tbh never got that into Masseduction.

In the 2020s I'd loooove to see him work with Paramore.

Oh man, ranking????? That's fucking difficult. Let's see.

Some Nights > Steel Train > Gone Now > Strange Desire > Melodrama > 1989 > reputation > Lover > Masseduction > Red Hearse > Arizona Baby > Normal Fucking Rockwell

    Yeah this is tough

    Melodrama > Some Nights > Gone Now > Masseduction > 1989 > Strange Desire > Steel Train > Lover > Red Hearse > NFR! > Arizona Baby > Reputation

reputation is the only one I don’t really love, that’s an incredible output for a decade

Yeah, I truly love 90% of the output, it's crazy

Sam Dew from Red Hearse put out an album tonight that I think is pretty cool. Sounds like Jack did some production for it too (and Sounwave too)

Album's pretty chill. It's no Red Hearse, but there's plenty to love.

just for interest sake, the breakdown of Red Hearse involvement:

    NTWFL - produced by Sounwave
RAP SHIT - co-produced and co-written by Jack Antonoff
    KILLERS - produced by Sounwave
DJ - produced and co-written by Jack Antonoff
TO YOUR FACE - produced and co-written by Jack Antonoff
THINKING OF YOU - co-written by Jack Antonoff
DO OVER - produced and co-written by Sounwave and Jack Antonoff (maybe was a Red Hearse song at some point?)
