Those lineups are WILD.

 

Unfortunately they draw huge crowds still. At warped last year in Hartford main stage got moved into the amphitheater & they weren’t letting people in because it got too crowded,& I didn’t wanna give up my seat... so I was forced to sit through their set,& everyone around me was all about them

 

Give me a ETID/Seeyouspacecowboy tour

 

They sold out a 2k cap venue here in May. A lot of people are still into them

I got my tickets months ago. And I’m so fucking excited for this lineup. Glassjaw and ETID back to back? Yes please.

 

The Get Up Kids is the real wildcard here. I'm impressed.

 

I really thought Set It Off were smarter than to tour with FIR, but sadly I was wrong.

I remember Keith tweeting a while ago how much he loved TGUK’s new album, so I’m not too surprised

 

I mean, none of the bands on this bill surprise me. What I love about the line-up of this thing is that for two years now, it's felt sorta like the kind of bill I'd see in the late 90s/early 2000s. Punk, hardcore, metal, emo, etc. all on the same bill.

 

You mean the band who is down to a 3 piece since they keep losing members to sexual assault allegations?

 

Ever since they've been doing these all-day festivals the past couple years, it's quickly becoming one of the most notable events of the year. Stands out in the best way

The wrestlers on this show are FANTASTIC. Lot of good stuff there.

 

I think it's because a lot of people are into the support bands they bring. Don't get me wrong, FIR has a big fanbase, but they went on tour with Ice Nine Kills, and those guys are getting some serious traction. They played a 500 cap room in New York (Gramercy Theatre) which got sold out. Now Ice Nine Kills is playing at Webster Hall which is about 2.5 times the size on their upcoming tour.

I'm one of the fans who would go for Set It Off and not Falling In Reverse, 100%. However, because I'm there, it's going to make me look like I'm part of the Falling In Reverse fanbase. I would like Ronnie Radke to do some community service or something to make up for his terrible behavior. However, if someone recognizes me from a picture from their show, they will assume I was there for the headliner.

TL;DR FIO is smart about support. That's why they sell their shows out.

 

For TWY Halloween shows, is the whole set covers or will it be a mix of TWY songs and covers?

 

Last year, each band did a cover set of 4-5 songs, then did their normal set.

 

Just saw the FIR tour but the poster how has Crown the Empire on it instead of Set It Off

 

Did they really just drop off the tour the day before announce (and got a replacement)? or was that toads place show a weird one off?
