Umbrella Corps looks real, real bad. Deserving of the super low sales it got.

 

No surprise they stripped it of the RE name in the west.

 

um i have no idea how, but i re-installed FFRK, went to "link account" then "game center" and all my data came back. AWESOME. i definitely can't get back KHuX though. today has been a good day.

 

I'm back home for the summer so I don't have access to my Xbox one and I'm limited to my old PS3.

Bought MLB the Show 16 and fuck, I feel like it's worse than last years. The fans look absolutely horrible and there's a delay in swinging and pitching. What a waste of money.

Since I've been disappointed in the show I've decided to replay the Last of Us. I still stand by that being the best game of all time. The story, atmosphere, controls and everything. It's been out for 3 years and it still looks better than any other game out there (haven't played Uncharted 4 yet though). Such an amazing game!

 

Yeah Doom is so much fun

 

It took some convincing from my friend's to finally get me check it out, but I am so glad I did.

It really does feel like a modern version of the original Doom.

 

The first hell mission was crazy. Also the boss fights are pretty cool. And the exploration. And the whole game.

I'm pretty excited for Gat Out of Hell being a PS Plus game this month. Glad I never played it.

 

Doom is the first FPS in a long, long time where I felt compelled to explore every nook and cranny of a level.

 

Already installed yesterday :D

 

been playing it for the past month or so. prob the best gacha game.

 

I played an hour of KHuX. I had to start from the beginning. I'm on quest 25 and level 10. Sigh. Haha

 

Modded MC is running my life, halp.

 

I am now so hooked on FFBE.

Oh man, I was just thinking last night when I was playing it "I really hope that there are some awesome boss fights" so I'm glad to hear there are. I think I found like 1 secret in the 2nd mission where there are like 8ish secrets, lol, the levels are so dense.

 

I enjoyed exploring in games like Crysis and Metro, but where those games would have their secrets lying around some corner, in Doom I feel like you actually have to work for the secrets.

 

I bought Braid, Resident Evil 4, the Bioshock trilogy, the first three Arkham games, and Grim Fandango from the Steam sale.

I was interested in the Mass Effect Trilogy, but Steam does not sell part 3. I have heard that the save file carries over, so would buying it through Origin cause me to lose progress?

 

the saves are imported via a tool if I remember correctly.

 

Is there any sort of story for Doom? I know this probably sounds bad but I can't get into games that don't have a story very much

 

Not really. I mean it's there, but it's not good.

 

I just realized I can change the audio in FFXIII to Japanese. I just went through thirty minutes straight of just fighting, though, so I don't know which I prefer yet haha.

 

The story for Doom is kill demons. You literally interrupt all the story moments.

 

Are you young? Story was either non-existent or very superficial in games when I was growing up.
