I'd say no. Tom is lame AF now days. Just a total hack.

Now, if the decision is made that Tom is coming back and nothing can be done then yeah... you have to keep Matt around and do it as a 4 man band. No way Matt should be forced out if Tom decides to return.

 

Maybe if Tom comes back he can just walk around the stage and dance for the entire show. Actually you might not even need the rest of the band, I'd go just for that.

I was once in a dumb fight with my best friend in 2012 and while visiting disney world, i watched this show back in the room every night and it made me emotional as F. We've since made up :)
