Okay, honestly now that it's starting, I'm pretty hype for AEW. Production values seem to have gone up a lot even in just the beginning of the actual PPV

 

I thought bucks match was gonna be the main event?

That’s what I thought after the press conferences awhile back.

They pointed out Kenny/Jericho as the main event when they made the announcements for the title match the other day

 

I guess they simply realized Omega and Jericho should be the main event, because they should lol

 

JR already seems more excited to be calling AEW than he was for NJPW

 

Lots of people were wanting Moxley by the looks of twitter

Not sure where you’d fit in his debut unless he comes out and cuts a promo

The production values are very good. Not as good as WWE (for basically everything except for camera shots), but close to that level.

 

He's the PWG ref and was in Lucha Underground. Rick Knox. Does a lot of SoCal indies

 

Only thing I could think of is costing Kenny the main event

 

The fix is in for SCU!

 

JR/Excalibur is good so far.

Not sold on the other dude

 

Excalibur has a Mauro vibe to him and I don't mind

 

Other dude should be an actual wrestler.

This match has also gone on too long IMO

 

Also, I don't know if they would do this/even could do this contract wise

But AEW could put Pillman JR vs Jushin Liger on the first episode of TV whenever they start (Pillman wrestled Liger on the first episode of Nitro however long ago that was)

That'd be really neat.

 

Yah Meltz and Alvarez talked about that, idk if you wanna give off the 'this is the next Nitro' vibe though? Idk. It would be cool

 

Feel like it could be really cool for Pillman JR, maybe not the first episode but at some point I hope he can get that match.

The American Dream mall is opening in Jersey in the fall, AEW starts tv in the fall, first episode should definitely be filmed there.
