Me and my girlfriend were going to see them play in Sweden (our neighboring country) in 2017, but they completely cancelled the scandinavian shows without saying why. We didn't get our flight or hotel stay refunded so we had to take the trip anyway. Sum 41 replaced them by playing one last show on their european tour, and I had never seen them live so that was lucky I guess. Still kinda bitter about blink ditching us.

 

I have had blink cancel on me when:

I planned to propose
My bachelor party

Two separate occasions involving my marriage lol. First time was with no explanation just days before the show. The second was understandably because of travis’ blood clots. So I understand the bitterness. I haven’t given up on seeing them live again though, just not gonna plan any life events around them lol

 

Blink-182 now have a top 20 alt radio hit.

Man Walking on a Dream! I remember doing a fashion show that used that song in 2009. I was so confused when it hit the radio huge again.

Finally hearing BIOMY on the radio here in San Diego. Right in time for when traffic starts picking up

 

Heard it on the radio here too...I like Matt's verse but the chorus still doesn't do it for me

 

Also I missed the b-side talk yesterday but glad to see What Went Wrong getting so much love.

Funnily enough, I wasn't a huge Blink fan at the time, so the first time I actually heard that song was on a bootleg of a Dan Andriano solo acoustic show (might have been milky christmas?) and he played What Went Wrong and I loved it so I listened to the original and also loved it.
