Hopefully it's better than that Elseworlds episode. That dialog was cringey.

 

Man that costume is so perfect. Looking forward to this although it sucks that it's starting at the beginning of Kate's tenure as Batwoman instead of lining up with the current timeline of the shows. Maybe they'll do a time jump after the first season or something to bring it in line with Flash/Supergirl/Legends.

 

Do we know how many episodes this is going to be? Wonder if it's going to be shorter like Black Lightning or Legends as opposed to 22-23 eps like Arrow, Flash, and Supergirl.

 

I generally think all of the shows should only have 16-episode seasons, if only because it means less filler content, so I hope this has Legends/Black Lighting-length seasons.

 

Hope Alice is a big bad

 

I'll give it a few episodes, but that didn't do much for me. Alice feels off in the trailer.

Very much into it, glad to get a Bat Family-related show on television that actually looks good

 

The CW's Crisis On Infinite Earths will include every Arrowverse show and go for 5 hours

 

This will be my new favorite show.

Getting really big Greg Rucka influences and I fucking love it

 

I'm still slightly annoyed they aren't doing her red bob but it's whatevs i'm not salty

 

Cover looks a little stiff, but that's cool nonetheless.

I missed the premier, sadly. But I'm looking forward to catching up and following along. Rucka's Batwoman run is so good and I've always had a soft spot for Batwoman ever since, even though she really hasn't had a run like it since.

 

I guess really it's more like kind of very much in the same vein as the Arrow pilot, specifically. Similar set-up (rich kid coming home after an extended absence in which they were trained in combat and inheriting a family legacy that involves fighting crime in a declining urban setting).
